All orders placed through cheyennepaige.com/shop are made to order and ship as soon as they’re ready. Below are the policies and timelines regarding delivery and missing packages.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
- If you haven’t received your package within 1 week of receiving your tracking email, please contact Customer Support right away.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated beyond “pre-shipment” or “label created” for more than 7 days, reach out and we’ll investigate.
International Shipping
- Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
- If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of shipment, please email Customer Support so we can look into it for you.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
- If you receive tracking but your package never arrives, you have 30 days from the date your tracking email was sent to report it as lost.
- After 30 days, we may not be able to issue a refund or reshipment, so please reach out as soon as possible if something seems wrong.
- Some carriers may mark a package as “delivered” up to 5 days early. If this happens:
- Double-check with neighbors, front desks, and nearby entry points.
- If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of your shipping notice.
- You're also welcome to contact the shipping carrier directly while we investigate from our end.

We personally check, prep, and package each item with care before it goes out the door.
