If you’ve been issued store credit, please note:
• Store credits expire after 180 days
• Credits must be used in a single transaction if the full amount is applied

Declined Orders & Temporary Authorizations
When a payment is attempted, your bank may place a temporary authorization to confirm your account is active and has funds available.
- This may appear as a “pending” charge
- If the order is declined, this charge will disappear within 3 business days
- No funds will be withdrawn unless your order is successfully processed
