When will I be charged?

You’ll receive an immediate charge for the full order as soon as it's placed. If you notice extra pending charges, don’t worry—that’s just your bank holding funds temporarily. These usually drop off within 3 business days. Still seeing them after that? Email us at [email protected], and we’ll sort it out.

​Declined order due to payment issues? Any pending hold will vanish in about 3 business days too.
Can I place an order over the phone?

We’re fully digital—orders are online only. If you’re having trouble with the website, let us know via [email protected], and we'll walk you through it!
Can I get a size/color not shown online?
Unfortunately, no. If you don’t see it in the store, it’s just not available right now. Keep checking back, and sign up for email updates to be the first to see new drops!​
What happens if an item I ordered sells out?
Rarely does this happen, but if an item goes out of stock after you order, we’ll reach out ASAP with an offer for a replacement of equal value. If we don’t hear back from you within 5 business days, we’ll issue a full refund.
Why might my item look different than the photos?
Images are often digital mock-ups—actual items may look slightly different. Hand-dyed or artisan pieces naturally vary. We’ll let you know upfront if this applies.

​Signed items are excluded from this policy due to the individual nature of hand signatures—no two will look exactly alike.

If your non-signed item appears drastically different from what you expected, email [email protected] with a few photos so we can take a look and help you out.
Are digital music purchases refundable?
All music purchases (downloads or streams) are final—non-refundable.
If you’re having trouble accessing your purchase, email [email protected]—we’ll make sure you can enjoy your music.​
How long will it take to get my order?
Most items ship within 7–10 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Pre-order or made-to-order items may take longer—please check the estimated delivery window before purchasing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.​
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location. Please note that customs fees or import taxes are your responsibility and may be charged upon delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to update something, email [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order—we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift receipts or custom notes?
At this time, we don’t offer gift receipts or personalized notes in packages. But we’re working on it—stay tuned!
What if something arrives damaged?​
If your item is damaged during shipping, email [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I message Cheyenne directly?
As much as she wishes she could respond to every message personally, Cheyenne’s inbox stays full. The best way to connect is by following along on socials or subscribing to the newsletter for updates and behind-the-scenes access.
